Unless expressly authorized in writing, Chargo may only be used for personal, non-commercial use. You must not permit others to use our services through your user account or payment profile. If you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your user account, you must notify us immediately so that the user account is blocked. CharGo may suspend or block your user account if we detect misuse, security risks, or a breach of these Terms. You are fully responsible for all use of Chargo through your user account until your user account is deactivated or blocked.
When using a power bank, you must perform a basic check of the unit to ensure there is no visible damage and that it has sufficient battery capacity. This is done by pressing the button on the side of the device and checking the battery level indicator. If you notice any errors or damage to the power bank or cables, do not use it and notify us immediately through the App or by contacting support@chargo.io.
You must treat Chargo’s equipment with care and as if it were your own. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was at pick up. We reserve the right to claim compensation for damage beyond normal wear and tear according to the current price list.
